INCOME PROTECTION

Our Group Income Protection scheme is with Canada Life. A Group Income Protection policy pays a proportion of your salary if you cannot work due to long-term illness or injury. The benefit is paid to Bowmore, who'll then pass it to you via payroll monthly. You are eligible for this benefit from day 1 of employment.

Financial Support kicks in after a deferred period, which typically is in line with sick pay arrangements, and is continued for a set period.

Canada Life also provides rehabilitation and emotional support with specialists to suit your needs, to help you return to work safely and return to full health.
