Your Health Cash Plan is with Simplyhealth and enables you to receive cashback on a range of health benefits.

To view your entitlement, you'll need to register with Simplyhealth using your personal details and policy number which should be shown on your original welcome letter.

Health benefits that you can receive cash back on include: routine and accidental dental treatment, optical, health assessments, chiropody and childbirth, adoption, or becoming a legal guardian.

To make a claim, you'll need to pay for the chosen treatment and keep a physical or digital copy of your receipt detailing your full name, name of practitioner and contact details, details of treatment, date of treatment, and amount paid for treatment. Further information may be required for some benefits, more details of this can be found once your logged in.

Claims will be processed as quickly as possible but typically takes 2 to 3 working days. If approved, payment should then be in your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
