Included in Rohde & Schwarz's benefit package is the Group Life Assurance scheme, which is administered by Aviva. This scheme allows employers to provide a tax-free lump sum benefit to the loved ones of their employees in the unfortunate event of their death. You are eligible for this benefit after completing 6 months of service and within the age eligibility for the scheme. 

Rohde & Schwarz, has arranged to base this lump sum on a multiple of your salary, ensuring that your family & friends are taken care of financially during such a difficult time. To find out the exact sum assured that your beloved beneficiaries would be entitled to, we encourage you to reach out to your HR department, who will provide you with all the necessary information.

We understand the importance of ensuring that your benefit goes to the people you hold dear. To make this process more seamless, we kindly request that you complete a beneficiary nomination form. This form will serve as a crucial document, allowing the trustees to determine who should receive your benefit in the event of your death. It is essential to keep this form updated as any changes in your circumstances occur. Please complete the form and return it to your HR department.

We kindly remind you that separate nomination forms need to be completed for both your WorkSave pension plan and Group Life Assurance scheme to ensure that your wishes are properly addressed. You'll find the appropriate nomination form in respect of your WorkSave Pension Plan on the previous page, or you can complete it via your account on the Legal & General website.
