GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE
Included in the Mann Williams benefit package is the Group Life Assurance scheme, administered by Canada Life. This arrangement enables your employer to provide a tax-free lump sum benefit to your loved ones in the unfortunate event of your death. Mann Williams has arranged to base this lump sum on a multiple of your salary (x3), ensuring that your family & friends are taken care of financially during such a difficult time. Please note, you are eligible for this benefit if you are a permanent employee and are between the ages of 16 & state pension age.
We understand the importance of ensuring that your benefit goes to the people you hold dear. To make this process more seamless, we kindly request that you complete a beneficiary nomination form. This form will serve as a crucial document, allowing the scheme trustees to determine who should receive your benefit in the event of your death. It is essential to keep this form updated as any changes in your circumstances occur. Please complete the form and return it to your HR department.
We kindly remind you that separate nomination forms need to be completed for both your Group Personal Pension and Group Life Assurance scheme to ensure that your wishes are properly addressed. You'll find the appropriate nomination form in respect of your Group Personal Pension on the pension page, or you can complete it via your account on the Royal London website.
